The Awards Committee is responsible for encouraging Circles to
complete and submit award forms throughout the year. This
committee is in charge of collecting all submitted forms and must
also explain to Squires what the awards are as well as the criteria
considerations for each award given. The main duty of this
committee takes place towards the end of the year at the selection
meeting. This role involves planning the meeting with all necessary
representatives present, ordering the awards and making a
presentation at the Convention Banquet. The committee must be
impartial and organized at all times in order to be successful.
